Wow, time flies...
It's been a busy spring/summer, many projects have been completed since I took that picture below.
Getting homes/condos ready for sale has been a common theme this year, and I expect that to continue. It's very hard to compete with other sellers when your home has no or few upgrades. Also, getting homes prepared for new tenants is also a big demand.
